With over 20 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, Amarilis leads Blue Sky Recruitment Services, utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent across domestic and international markets. Previously, with her husband Joe, she managed a multi-unit home health agency from start-up to over $2 million in revenue, overseeing staffing, leadership development, compliance, and employee retention initiatives—raising retention rates to the top 3% industry-wide and earning recognition as an Employer of Choice for two separate territories.

Jeff Biunno
Jeff is a senior financial executive with successful experience at small, medium, and large-cap firms in both public and private settings at companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Red Hat, Seagate, Novadigm Inc. He has led companies through the IPO process and maintained clean compliance throughout. Most recently, he took a company public on the TSX-V with an eventual cross-listing on Nasdaq. Over the past 10 years, Jeff raised close to $100M through multiple structures (Series B, IPO, PIPE, DEBT, CMPO’s and ATM offerings). He was a key member during the selling of three companies that grossed nearly $500 million.

Barry Blass
Barry brings over 25 years of business and financial management experience to Blue Sky Exit Planning, including 15 years' experience with a broad range of companies with annual sales from $1.0 million to over $150 million. He worked for Deloitte & Touche for over nine years. His areas of industry expertise include: manufacturing, high technology, telecommunications, and life sciences. Specific areas of expertise include raising both private and public equity and debt capital, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, IPO’s, business process improvements and rapid growth start-ups.

Vini Persiani
Vini is a senior financial executive with over 20 years experience transforming middle-market companies, both in turnaround and high-growth situations. He is particularly effective in solving complex financing and urgent operational issues. Vini’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, managing cash, working with Private Equity and Venture Capital Firms, and handling investor relations. His extensive career includes a tenure in public accounting along with work at both public and privately held companies.

Brian Summe
Brian is an accomplished executive in the financial industry, with over three decades developing strategy and execution in mergers and acquisitions including exiting and succession options, growth and acquisition strategies and raising over $15 billion dollars in capital both in the public and private markets. He is recognized as an author, keynote speaker and consultant.
